In the marine trades class students will study all aspects and have practical application in Marine Technology. They will work with state of the art testing and marine equipment.

This program offers students hands on operation of boats, motors and trailers. Mentor programs allow students to interact with local Marinas or boat service businesses. Students will learn about various marine engine systems including:

  • fuel systems
  • ignition systems
  • exhaust system requirements
  • engine cooling systems
  • troubleshooting
